Hi Will -

Thank you for your interest in working with us at Tyler Hill Camp for the upcoming summer. I really appreciate the time you spent with me on the phone regarding potential employment.

This year, more than others, we have the largest number of applicants in our hiring pool. On the contrary, we have the fewest number of openings based simply on the number of staff that wish to return from last summer. Withstanding these two variables, I am unable at this time to extend an invitation to you for the upcoming summer. However, I will keep your application close in case an opening becomes available.

I wish you the best of luck in your summer camp search, and thank you again for your interest in Tyler Hill Camp.
